Sam Poblano (b.1920 - ) Zuni Pueblo was named the Gallup Intertribal Indian Ceremonial Living Treasure in 2012. He was born in 1920 near Zuni, New Mexico. He was the nephew of famous Zuni artist Teddy Weahkee and the brother of jeweler Leo Poblano. Sam was also a talented jeweler, but chose to spend most of his time with the care of his horses.
