Spanish Colonial stone painted carving of St. Agnes, made from polychrome alabaster known as Huamanga stone (found in Peru) depicting St. Agnes holding a lamb and the palm frond of martyrdom. She is contained within a rose which is a reference to a legend about a shower of roses following her death.
